TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Keeler Ltd aims to deliver goods of the highest quality from goods we keep in stock. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being out of stock or with special customization. In the event that ordered items have excessive delivery times Keeler Ltd will contact you to notify you of the issue. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, have the products sent as soon as they become available or to cancel the order.

Prices of products are offered in British pounds sterling (Ł) and Euros (€). The dominant price is GBP (Ł), other currencies are calculated from the GBP amount at an exchange rate that is updated daily. Any errors and omissions are omitted. Keeler Ltd reserve to right to amend erroneous information (including prices and transactions). We make every effort to ensure the information is accurate, however, changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order.

Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Keeler Ltd and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through Barclaycard's secure server (more information available at: http://www.barclaycardbusiness.co.uk). You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, Keeler Ltd disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Keeler Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.

Prices are available in are in GBP (Ł), other currencies are calculated from the GBP amount at an exchange rate that is updated daily.

DELIVERY

All orders are normally dispatched within 4 working days. If the item is out of stock or requires special customization we aim to dispatch these items within 10-15 working days. If there is likely to be a delay we inform you as soon as possible.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING

Keeler Ltd deliver only within the European Union. Delivery costs are dependent on your chosen delivery address and the size and weight of the items ordered. All orders are shipped via UPS to ensure quick and secure delivery.

All prices on the website exclude VAT. Some listed items are VAT exempt. The VAT amount is displayed when viewing the shopping cart. VAT will be charged at the UK rate of 20% on taxable supplies.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your credit/debit card details are entered on a Barclaycard secure payment web server. Details of the secure payment system and credit cards accepted are as detailed on the Barclaycard Business web site.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please email info@keeler.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)1753 857 177. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.

WARRANTY

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing the warranty of the Goods supplied shall be as stated in the Product Literature. Where no Product Literature is provided, the Company warrants that it will provide, at its option, the replacement or repair of defective materials and/or defective workmanship in the Goods which would not be apparent on a reasonable examination of the Goods upon delivery, for a period of Thirty Six months from the date of delivery.

Repairs must be carried out ONLY by authorised agents of the Company. Any unauthorised attempt by the Purchaser, or any other third party, to carry out repairs on the Goods shall render this warranty invalid.

The Company warrants that the Goods shall be fit for their intended purpose as described by the Product Literature. Where no Product Literature is provided, the Company warrants that the Goods shall be fit for their intended purpose as attributed by Good Medical Practice.

Subject to the provision of this warranty and any conditions contained in any Product Literature, all warranties and conditions implied by statute or otherwise are hereby EXCLUDED. The statutory rights of any Purchaser acting as a Consumer shall not be affected.

Warranties in respect of Goods provided to or within non-European Union member countries shall apply in that country only.

RETURNS

Goods may only be returned to the Company with the prior consent of the Company and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of the Company and must be securely packed and, unless the carrier effecting the return is instructed by the Company, must be consigned carriage paid and fully insured. Goods returned without the prior written approval of the Company may at the Company's absolute discretion be returned to the Purchaser or retained at the Purchaser's costs without prejudice to any rights or remedies the Company may have. Keeler Ltd complies with EU legislation governing the right to return product bought on the internet within seven days.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Will be in accordance with your statutory rights unless expressly otherwise agreed by the company.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
