Firstly, what is your role at Keeler?
I started off as a contact Human Resources Recruiter however I am now the Human Resources Generalist. I am responsible for sourcing, interviewing, onboarding new talent for the company. In addition, I am one of the point of contacts for any employee relations issues that may arise.
What do you love about working at Keeler?
I love the people! We are a family here. From the day I started I didn’t feel like an outsider, I felt like I’ve been here for years. I love walking around and getting to know more about the employees in order to help them grow in their roles.
How does a day at Keeler typically look for you?
That’s a funny question because I don’t really have a typical day at Keeler. In my role I have to be able to change as different things come up, so I start by reviewing my calendar and I adjust accordingly.
What is your favorite way to start the day?
My favorite way to start my day is getting up to enjoy a cup of hazelnut coffee while thinking of what I need to do for the day.
Lastly, tell us a fun fact about yourself
A fun fact about me is I am a mother of 5 beautiful daughters! In addition I have 1 handsome grandson and I love spending time with my family.
